At I K Home Tutor, we are committed to providing quality tutoring services that guarantee success. Below are our terms and conditions for both offline and online classes, along with guidelines for tutors and parents.

For Offline Classes

1. We charge 50% of the salary/tuition fee for the first month in long-term courses and 30% in short-term courses.

2. Tutors must pay a renewal commission if they continue the class in a new session.

3. One free demo class is mandatory.

4. You must respond promptly and report every call to us while the class continues.

5. Fees must be refunded if parents are dissatisfied at any point during the month.

6. Any misconduct or misbehavior reported by parents will result in immediate cancellation of registration.

7. Fees will be collected by the bureau.

For Online Classes

Required Documents for Tutors

1. Passport-size photographs.

2. Copy of address proof (Aadhar card, voter ID, or driving license).

3. Copy of highest qualification certificates.

Guidelines for Parents

1. Extra time should be provided during exam days.

2. The demo class is payable once it is approved.

3. Teacher’s off days must be compensated on Saturdays and Sundays.

4. No physical punishment is allowed; teachers must maintain discipline responsibly.

5. Payment should be made in advance with confirmation and assurance to I K Home Tutor. We are not responsible for any negligence in payment.

6. Maintain proper records to ensure the syllabus is completed on time.
